What is the weight capacity of the patio set?
The single seat chair, swivel chair, and ottoman support up to 350 lbs. The 2-seats love seat sofa can hold up to 700 lbs, and the 3-seat sofa couch can support 900 lbs.
Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
Please follow the sequence in the instruction manual during installation. Do not tighten the screws until all of them are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?
The cushion covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion covers are water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. To prolong the life of the cushions, please remove and store them in a dry place when not in use.
