Why is it common for the mounting holes to not align during installation?
During installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Avoid tightening the screws until all of them are installed. Only tighten all screws after they are all properly in place.
Are the cushion covers removable and washable?
Yes, the covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion covers are water-resistant but not completely waterproof. To prolong the life of the cushions, please remove them and store them in a dry place when not in use.
