Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?

During installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.

Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?

Yes, the cushion covers have zippers and are machine washable.

Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?

The cushion cover is water-resistant but not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store them in a dry place when not in use.
