Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During installation, please follow the sequence provided in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Can the cushion covers be removed and washed?
The covers have zippers and are removable for washing.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion covers are water-resistant but not completely waterproof. For extended cushion life, please remove them and store in a dry place when not in use.
