What is the weight capacity of the patio set?

The single seat chair, swivel chair, and ottoman all support up to 350 lbs. The 2-seater loveseat sofa supports 700 lbs, and the 3-seater sofa couch supports 900 lbs.

Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?

Please follow the sequence in the instruction manual during installation. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Once all screws are in place, then tighten them.

Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?

Yes, the covers have zippers and can be washed.

Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?

The cushion covers are water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in a dry place when not in use.
